1. Delivery of Services
As Astra provides customized digital astrological and numerological calculations based on user-provided data, our services are considered delivered once the email containing the reading is dispatched.
2. Accuracy of Input Data
It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate birth details (Date, Time, Location). Refunds will not be issued for readings generated using incorrect data provided by the user.
3. Failed Deliveries
If a payment is successful but you do not receive your reading within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@astra.com. We will manually generate and resend your chart. If we cannot fulfill the order, a full refund will be initiated to your original UPI source.
4. Dispute Window
Any refund requests for non-delivery must be raised within 72 hours of the payment transaction.
